old events trigger regression on resolved issues

Environment

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. have lagging self-hosted sentry instance
  2. some events are passing through to sentry and create an issue
  3. issue was fixed and resolved
  4. some events related to the same issue but dated before resolution are passing through

Expected Result

events that are older then resolution time do not trigger regression

Actual Result

events that are older then resolution time do trigger regression

What is the source of your lag for your self-hosted instance? You may need to fix that before proceeding

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you remove the label Waiting for: Community, I will leave it alone ... forever!
