I'm using the latest ODK Aggregate 1.4.5

The Enketo web form button launches the Enketo form within the same window ODK resides,
making it tedious to test forms while having to reopen your 'workstation', that is
ODK. 

The default behaviour should be to always open in a new tab, thus allowing the person
to continue working on ODK Aggregate since ODK is their main workstation where they
add/delete forms, export data, etc. 


NOTE: the core team has limited ability to make software enhancements.
We rely heavily on community-contributed enhancements to the tools. If this
is something you very much need, consider hiring a developer to make the
changes with the stipulation that they work with the core team to specify
the details of the change and contribute the change back to the project
under an Apache 2 license.
