NO real time synchronization
Hello, first thank you for the integration, very easy to configure, but I have a serious problem with it, the information is not updated if I change a parameter from another place than this addon, for example from the remote control or from the mobile application.
On the other hand, I have tried another integration (Midea Smart Aircon) and it works perfectly, when I make any change from an external drive, it updates without a problem after a short time.
I would like to use your addon because Home Assistant detects it as a device and it is easier to do automations like this than with the other integration.

It seems to work fine, so, could you show me the debug logs when use the remoter or app?
I'm noticing the same issue. I can control the unit just fine from within HA and if I change the temp in HA, it is reflected on the unit. However as the temperature changes in the room itself, HA is not reporting a temperature change on the dashboard. If I use the buttons on the card to turn the unit off and then back on, everything updates correctly.

turn on the debug logs, and show me the logs when temperature changes in the room itself. or send to [email protected]
Sorry, I've been out of town for the last week and haven't been able to turn on debug logging. I also noticed that if I reboot host from within HA, once everything reloads, my Midea AC shows as unavailable until I select to turn in on in HA. A reboot does not turn off the physical AC, but seems to be unable to refresh the current status of it.

NetHome+ app is definitely able to query status.
I recently tried Midea Air Appliances (LAN) and it seems to sync with the current state and also updates with accurate history usage. With that integration though, the temperature can't be controlled via the dashboard card yet.
Normally, this integration (ie. Midea AC LAN) will update the status immediately when the other integration or app (eg. Midea Smart Aircon) changed the appliance status. Not vice versa.

NetHome+ app is definitely able to query status.
Maybe NetHome+ app used different request command which I don't know yet.
So I need to collect more information to solve your problem.
First, the question I have asked, which HA integration did your appliance work well in?
@georgezhao2010 with Midea Air Appliances (LAN) I reproduce the same behaviour as @SkinnyT81. That integration seems to poll, not get live updates.
Yours is overall much better, if we fix this it would simply be the best.
@georgezhao2010 @albertdb I definitely agree that this integration is a lot better to work with and would be near perfect if we could get the polling to work. The only other weird quirk is that from within HA while the AC in in Cool mode, if I change the temp to 75F, it stays for a second and then bounces to 73F.
Let me know if theres anything I can do to help troubleshoot.

@georgezhao2010 @albertdb I definitely agree that this integration is a lot better to work with and would be near perfect if we could get the polling to work. The only other weird quirk is that from within HA while the AC in in Cool mode, if I change the temp to 75F, it stays for a second and then bounces to 73F. When you configure the Midea Air Appliances (LAN), you must check "Advanced settings" in first page and must check "Advanced debug mode" in Advanced settings page.
So you need remove the existing configuration and re-configure it, then more information (e.g. unencrypted messages) is logged.
