Mods with patch number 10 and up breaks GeodeBot and doesn't update changelog

Mods with patch 10 and up in their version string break GeodeBot and doesn't update changelog.md in the mods repository. Image of discord showing two messages in this image you can see that GitHub Updates posts the right changelog while Geode Index Updates doesn't. This is because of GeodeBot not updating changelog.md.
