Expected Behavior

I had Cleaner Menu installed but disabled, and decided to update it because why not I expect it to not re-enable itself

Actual Behavior

I had Cleaner Menu installed but disable, and decided to update it because why not I updated it, and it re-enabled itself

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a mod
2. Disable it
3. Wait for an update of the mod
4. Update it
5. It has been re-enabled

Additional Information

Idk if it's a bug or an intended behavior, if that's the case, I think it would be great to change this behavior And if an "Update all mods" button is added, it will prevent a lot of issues

Btw I'd like to add something, why sometimes when I boot up the game, all my disabled mods get re-enabled ?
