Doesn't let me to see the menu of install the mods

Expected Behavior

I wanted to enter the tab to install the mods, but it always says: Checking status, and nevers load ! When I enter to the game something below says: loading index, so I think it is in relation with it.

Actual Behavior

I was able to open the tab, but don't loads anything !!

Steps to Reproduce

Just enter to the geode icon below, go to install mods, and it says checking status, never loads !

Additional Information

I really don't know how it happens, but I created a new account and this started to happen.
