Installing new update after failed download

I am using Android 64, and after trying to update Geode, the part where it says "Downloading Geode Resources", after a bit it failed. A text box said to install the update from the Github download since it failed, so I downloaded the Android 64 version. I just wanna know, how do I install the update from that zip file? I'm not good at coding and all that, I just want a simple solution please.
