Hi, is it possible to define the tipline of finite faults? How? One option could be to use the convex hull of e.g. fault sticks, and another option would be to digitise a polyline.

Thanks!

Cheers

Finite faults documentation (and front end) are quite underdeveloped yet. Right now the tipline is defined by the further surface points of the fault surface i.e. if you have points distributed like the following (perpendicular to the fault plane):

1 2 .

            3

 4

5

the limits of the ellipse will be 1, 3 ,5
