Set fault relations not picking up changes:

Describe the bug When setting the fault relations with a relative matrix, changes are not picked up.

To Reproduce Run examples>tutorials>ch1_5_fault_relations.py: ...

Expected behavior Set the offset for faults as described in rel_matrix
