Add Pi 5 HAT: Geekworm X1007
The Geekworm X1007 could be interesting for a simple two 2,5" drive NAS using the standard PSU (27W).
The Redxa Penta SATA HAT supports up to 5 drives, but requires a 12V PSU. Currently I don't see any other SATA HATs in the list.

I got the board and used it with two Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB.
I setup OpenMediaValult and used the md plugin to setup a raid 1 / mirror. I could transfer a 3GB iso file with about 100MB/s via SMB.
I read in the contributors file, that you would like to see the dmesg and lspci outputs. I have no idea , which part of the dmesg is relevant, so I posted the the full and long log.
Do you want any more details? If not I would create a PR to add it to the database.
