Update example monitoring_ping_hosts

Add more connectivity-oriented domains for the ping hosts in the monitoring config example:

  • Remove github and apple, make google HTTPS
  • Add speedtest
  • Add AWS and Akamai status hosts

Another domain which could be a candidate instead of google is connectivitycheck.gstatic.com. Haven't tried it but is't basically what it works for (in fact, if blocked in pihole the app store on certain android devices stops working)
