Summary
I am using Drupal VM for many years. 2 weeks ago I installed Docker & WSL 2 on my Windows 10 (to use it independent from Drupal VM).
Since then I have network issues within my Drupal VM (Ubuntu) still when Docker and WSL 2 have not been started or have been stopped.
Now I can not install Ubuntu packages anymore. I get errors like "error Received malformed response from registry for ..." I can not run 'nvm install node' , can not run 'yarn install' .... always when packages are downloaded the files/repos are not downloaded correctly (checsum error) or the downloads break with error like "Received malformed response from registry ..".
I think there is an ip conflict or something similar between Docker/WSL2 and Drupal VM. Something affects the Drupal VM ... I can not work within VM anymore.
How can I solve this? I want to have installed Docker/WSL2 and Drupal VM on my Windows 10 without affecting each another. How can I find out what the problem is? Has Hyper-V to be installed still if it is not used by Docker/WSL2?
How can I find out what is causing the problem? Need solution. Thank you very much.

I could solve this problem by updating Virtualbox to the latest version (6.1.30).
