Move K8s object manifests / definition templates into standalone files

Instead of having them inline with the playbook, put them into their own files, just to make things a little more manageable. Either way has it's positives, but I like the pattern of K8s objects being divorced from actual Ansible playbooks, partly because it's akin (IMHO) to mixing HTML and PHP in a single file like Wordpress does (ick!).
