Video Processing

I am a participant of GSSoC'21. I wanted to give a suggestion to add code for video processing using OpenCV. We are currently writing code for various algorithms and functions for images. It would be a simple code to get frames by reading a video file and do image processing on them. Kindly assign this issue to me.
