Hello, I'm Raj Gupta and I want to work on this issue using the Deep learning model of OpenCV i.e East text detector. I have done this project earlier using Tesseract but we can't use it this time. Kindly handle this issue to me. i have also made PR's in face-recognization and edge detection.
