Nothing in Chrome 29 on OS X 10.6.8

There is no refresh in OS X 10.6.8 with the current Chrome 29. File have been saved and opened successfully with "Open in browser". Cmd-Shift-r does absolutely nothing. Restarted Sublime Text 2.0.2 build 2221 as well as Chrome. Didn't help.

Are you using multiple screens? Works fine if sublime and browser are on the same screen, but not when they are on different ones.
