The Meta element could do with some form of ID/key

If you have multiplte Meta blocks, e.g. using one for source data and another for something else then you need some way of distinguishing between them. Currently it has ContentType and Version attributes, so rather tan abusing them it would be better to have some other field such as Id, key or type.
