I don't like the fact that Barman doesn't return a timezone enabled timestamp, and I would rather assume it is UTC. We should involve some Barman developers here.

A possible solution is that, until Barman returns a timezone aware timestamp, we set the UTC timezone when running backup commands. Does it make sense? @leonardoce
