The 'Bootleg Carts' is out of the scope of gbadoc

@exelotl raised up the question of the 'Bootleg Carts' tutorial not really fitting in gbadoc.

IMO this type of content can be moved e.g. to the main gbadev.net webpage, where we already have some kind of more "generic" guides ( https://gbadev.net/getting-started.html ).

However: the guide is very popular, we'd probably break links / force redirections..

Yeah, we absolutely should set up a redirect in case we do move it elsewhere. I think the tutorial on fixed point math should also get the same treatment.
