Option to add special keys to Pin 1 - Pin 7

Please consider my request to assign special keys, key combination and Text transformation and past, to Pin 1, Pin 2 ... Pin 7.

example

Special Key - (Backspace, Del).
Key combination - ( Shift + Home, Shift + End ). Text transformation and past - (convert copied text to lower case + paste).

So basically this is customize-able keyboard row where you can add any function to any key? Your first 2 examples are basically configurable macros, text transformation would be a new feature.
