Just based off the index.js, it doesn't seem possible unfortunately.
The native Linux port of the launcher [saves the mod names as lowercase](https://github.com/BeamMP/BeamMP-Launcher/blob/cc4e3220654e206f909680d3b4332ba5228b44eb/src/Network/Resources.cpp#L288), so that shouldn't be the issue. It shows this error for me but everything works fine.
