Toggle commands not saving

For some reason when players want to disable the action bar messages so they show up in the chat it doesn't save. After every restart they need to change their preference again.

Could you please check the files if their UUIDs are in there. Could you also try this version: https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/mcmmoaction.117177/page-10#post-2939073

It appears there could be a Java bug.

It seems in both files there is one UUID. I'll try that version too.
