I connected the plugin to MySQ, but bukkit displayed BungeeCord setting detected. No auth plugin is required. Will it affect the fastlogin work

No, it is optional, but you have to follow the BungeeCord setup guide reference on the project page then. Furthermore, one auth plugin is required. Either on BungeeCord or on the Bukkit side.
