V0: Markdown based note taking app boiler plate

This is the first milestone that will kickoff the secret project "musician" - a cross-platform note taking app with a fragmented design concept to revolutionize the sheet music composing & digitalization experience.

The app name is not decided yet, for now, let's simply use the Project Musician for prototyping and planning.

Users can jot down brief notes or thoughts, which can be tagged, categorized, and linked to other notes for better context and retrieval.

The design supports quick capture from various inputs, including sheet music, voice, text, or media, enabling users to document ideas on the go.

User can combine markdown, text, html, hyperlinks, musicXML or equivalent music sheet format into one note file format

require a core lib for easy UX on input to editable musicXML or other music sheet format translation
