CodeCov sunsetting OAuth system for Github Integration

Bug description

Codecov is warning that the game-ci org isn't using the Codecov Github App. The OAuth system will be sunset causing the current integration to break.

How to reproduce

Make a pr to trigger code coverage

Expected behavior

Shouldn't warn about a breaking change
