This is work towards resolving #2546 by @pvanheus and @mudiboevans. Still a WIP. I'll add a TODO here soon.

  1. Expand introduction to answer questions in the overview
  2. Fix heading levels for all sections
  3. Write conclusion

@pvanheus what is the status here? is this still WIP? we could also merge it as draft:true to make it easier to share with some ppl for feedback? Let me know what you want to do :)
