[FEATURE] add a workflow to test the cli

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. feature Describe the solution you'd like we need something that uses the CLI so we don't end up breaking the library for an automatic lib update. Much like this so this happens when some API changes.

Additional context We broke the library when an automatic update happened via renovate on commander V7.
