Hermes-Lite LNA gain control broken

Since commit cbd96c74c6e16b054b5fe40c9f72ee8ba9d8667c The LNA gain control does not work properly. It may be a simple fix that you would prefer to do yourself or maybe you would like me to ask Claudio if he can do another pull request for you.

Sorry John, my mistake. The commit that broke it was 84b27a7e36f7d127e66289f62295ec1db71afbc9 More changes for QO-100 bpsk beacon. Fix for attenuation. 73, Graeme
