Bug: when re-opening a window newly opened tabs are not in MRU until a refresh of each tab

My most common use case is: loading the window (calling it "session") at once, with all it's tabs opened already (e.g. currently I'm using tabXpert extension for that). And before I refresh each tab, that specific tab is not yet in the game, meaning I can't see it in the list and I can't switch to it using the shortcut to switch to the previous tab, etc.
