No idea. It just looks like the client not being able to connect to the passively opened port. This might have a multitude of causes and is difficult to diagnose...
You may need to start the application as root/Administrator. If it works, then the problem is the selected passive port. You should use a port range with a number >1024...
+1 (to avoid that it gets closed automatically)
Just FYI: Setting CNMI did only work after I changed the configuration entry to `atgen_setcnmi` (instead of `atgen_setCNMI`).
@leppie Maybe [ILPack](https://github.com/Lokad/ILPack) is a solution for this problem?
I didn't add MySQL, but - according to #12, it should be the same as the Postgres comb provider.
