Description

When I type in paket.dependencies file something blocks UI for like a minute. Unfortunately it happens all too often. I suspect it might be related with attempts to suggest packages. Could you add a setting to switch that off if you can't find the source of the issue?

Repro steps

  1. Type nuget ... in the paket.dependencies file

Expected behavior

No one should ever block the UI thread

Actual behavior

VS hangs for a minute
