On VS2015 the settings screen crashes

I'm on VS2015 Update 2
I figured it tries to open 'C:\Users\Kostya\AppData\Roaming\paket\paket.config', but 'paket' subfolder does not exist in my system, so it gets back DirectoryNotFoundException, which happens to be unhandled and crashes VS. Should be trivial to fix.
