Is there a way to export the Generated queries in PDF and xls formats. can i also send the reports in mail as attachements.

There's no option to download it as a PDF or XLSX but, you can download query results as a CSV file. Check the 3-dot menu in the query builder for the download option

+1 we want to automate some emails with the generated queries as PDFs or PNGs attached.
