Trying to gather more information in order to submit a new issue, but it appears that while this particular issue is fixed, swarm starts all `replicated-job`s in the same node......

Does it make sense to add such a special case? or should we just improve documentation?

The only reason I can imagine is if you fat fingered the image and select an incorrect one. If you take Dropbox for example, it will start uploading right away...
