Open w/ MVim Touch New File

Firstly, I really like this repo, theres' a lot of useful stuff in here! Great work!

One thing that's bugging me, I installed the mvim workflow, but it does not work for new files:

It would be nice if the workflow touched the file first, so it would open the new file even if it did not exist yet.

Have it working locally, just want to make sure it won’t break any of the other use cases when passing arguments; most likely to be released next week for all ”Open with…” workflows.

Thanks again for the suggestion, strange nobody else requested it in the past nor I ever thought about it, but really makes sense! 👍🏼
