Starting guide out of date

Hi, The scripts folder have been deleted and the starting guide suggests to run the make_tcp_ip script. But this file does not exists anymore since the June commit. I would like to create the VC709 project for example and there is some problems in those scripts due to the change in the repository and scripts name.

Is it possible to up to date the starting guide plz ?

I updated parts of it, so it should be clear how to run the scripts. Which board are you targeting?
