Add a part in the doc that explain how to use a virtual env with Atom

It would be nice to have a part in the doc that explain how to use a virtual env with Atom. When we press on f5 to start the current python file, I want to start this file in a virtual env. I don't know how to do this and this is why I propose this feature!
