Package won't show up when i search for it

when I searched for the atom python run package(by foreshadow) in the search bar and I had to do some digging in order to find it. I'm new to atom and coding so any help would be appreciated. The same problem also happened when I tried to download the script package for atom. Certain packages won't show up when I search for them on the atom.io website or in the program and I have to find some other way in order to access them.
