Can't alter length of pop-up Window and issues with Jitter

  1. Can't lengthen size of the pop-up window
  2. Options>UI & Control tabs both jitter on the screen so badly that they are unusable. (The General & Contributor tabs are both stable).

Windows 11 Home Ver 22H2 Build 22621.3810, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, ROG Strix X570-E Gaming, 64 DB DDR4,Nvidea GeForce RTX3090

Great effort Guys, I needed a match for Firefox bookmarks and this is the closest so far.
