Feature request: customize bookmark folder icon

The current bookmark folder icon is folder.svg which is in src/popup/images/ . The color of this icon is so bright and it's a bit harsh.

So can you add an option in the UserInterface tab: Customize bookmark folder icon. This enables users to upload their own .ico or .svg image as a folder icon.
