i'm aware of both these frameworks (and the fact that they are more or less popular), however i have my own build framework which is for my own use purposes and cases (which works in multiple platfroms, PHP, Python, instead of just node/JS and is purely declarative)

In any case, if one wants to provide build tasks based on those frameworks, it is fine with me just do a PR and i will merge it
