Clean up Travis CI

It seems that migrating CI from Travis to GitHub Actions was completed at #521. This PR removes .travis.yml and replaces the CI status badge. And I also removed Gemnasium badge because gemnasium.com was closed on May 15, 2018. https://gitlab-docs.creationline.com/ee/user/project/import/gemnasium.html

I know that the shared actions/workflows are being considered at #523, but it seems to have stalled, so I created this PR.
