Unable to invoke dotnet app - Windows 11

I followed the instructions at this article however when I try to invoke the sample application it throws an error "Error invoking function. status: 500 message: internal server error" Log mentions error="API error (400): You should always set the Memory limit when using Memoryswap limit, see usage" I am not sure what I am missing here, any help much appreciated.
