Checked output of `energy_totals.csv` before and after and value changes are in an acceptable range.

I implemented a simplified version of the distribution grid losses which we can refine in 7ce15931. - It assumes 3% distribution grid losses (on the lower end of the spectrum)...

The corresponding PR for `technology-data` is now merged and included in the new release.
