Scroll after submitting prompt doesn't work well

Implemented on #155

After submitting a prompt the page scrolls but not all the way down. This causes the AI response to stay hidden behind the prompt form:

@GregoMac1 can you take a look at this bug? Hopefully it's an easy fix. Prioritize this one over #151
