color codes should reset after adding a new color???

Correct me if I am wrong but I and penguin both thought it was this.

For Example &a&ltest&atest, only "atest" is bolded

Not quite, colour always goes first, atest would not be bold here

Yep, now the first atest will be bold

Also, the reset tag just doesnt work in general for non-color codes
