Rep modifiers for particularly complicated or long tickets
Explain the issue.
I would like this to be an Admin (606602006357999628) (or Audit Log perm = admin) command (not Management).
- /repmodifier
is the command. You'd put in how much rep each person will gain from this ticket. Eg. 2,3,4 and obviously by default 1. - Please impose a hard cap of 3 from anyone before someone breaks the entire economy.
- It should put a notification in Support (398279082996924416):

How to recreate?
No response
Anything else?
No response
What would we do in cases where a ticket that is worth modifying gets closed before we use the command?
The idea is for the modifier to be used sometime in the middle When I or Admin recognise ticket is pain in the ass, has like 300 messages, still going type thing Or old tickets that we want rid of, gives an incentive to solve
Can tags be used for this? We can have checks to make sure only people with certain perm can add the rep modifier tags. I think it'll also be a good way for support to check which posts have a rep modifier.
We ran out of tags.
We ran out of tags.
We only need a few tags. 2 and 3 really, we can just remove maths and python. Maybe even eclipse since its dead anyways, no one uses eclipse.

Haven't seen these tags used once, I don't think it will hurt in any way to remove these
I have seen maths come up occasionally, would be inclined to keep that. Occasionally eclipse. If there would be any to get rid of, it would be python, since most people tend to just go to the python or python related discord

Is there any way for us to count the frequency of how the tags are used? we can then remove the least used 2-3.

Do they really matter that much though, they can just go in the others tag.
or Audit Log perm = admin
Management has audit log, so using admin role is preferred
they can just go in the others tag
at that point what doesn't go in the others tag? why would we put paper separately, what about JDA? web dev is farfetched... tags are here to make it easier for the support team to see whats going on inside of an thread from afar.

You might be missing the point of tags, just cause the maths tag is not used commonly doesn't mean its incredibly useful. If i as a support team member have no idea how the sine or cosine in particle effects work, i wont click on a maths tag.
Either way, I don't think we really need to use tags for rep modifiers, people who farm rep already open every help thread and will see the message in support. But here are my suggestions for tags that can be removed in case necessary. in order from least significant to most significant.
- API (too vague to be useful to anyone)
- Paper (no significant difference between spigot, every support member will understand the paper api)
- Python (is it really our job to offer seperate help with this if theres a Python discord out there?)
- JDA (same reason as python)
- Web Dev (maybe.)
I can do this if I need to edit the code, super easy fix.
