PGP verification support for Helm charts

I'm interested in the ability to verify a signed Helm chart against configured PGP keys, just as you have for the GitRepository. That way, my system won't automatically upgrade to a potentially compromised Helm chart (or at least one that isn't signed by trusted parties).
