7.3.0 is not released to Pub

The latest release on Pub is 7.2.0 (https://pub.dev/packages/get_it/install).

However, quite a few commits have happened since then (https://github.com/fluttercommunity/get_it/commits/V7.3.0).

There's an issue of course with the tests failing (I wasn't able to get the tests to run locally as well).

Note: I do not have a particular reason for wanting 7.3.0. I just noticed that I was importing get_it from the master-branch of this repository, and I was wondering why.
