Simple demos -> SliverAppbar throw a exception

I got this exception as running the example.

Exception has occurred.
FlutterError (The maxExtent for this RenderSliverPinnedPersistentHeader is less than its minExtent.
The specified maxExtent was: 0.0
The specified minExtent was: 80.0)

Run the example, and click "1. Simple", then click "3. SliverAppbar"

Env:

  • Flutter 2.8.1
  • macOS 12.2, Apple M1 Max
  • Android Emulator, API 32
